Digital Products
All products sold on Healing Sober are digital downloads (eBooks, journals, planners, and worksheets). No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered or downloaded.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
