How do I download my digital product?

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email instantly with a secure download link.
You can save your files to your computer, tablet, or phone.
If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it hides there.

Do you offer refunds?

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your download or have questions, please email me — I want to make sure you’re fully supported.

Will my purchase be private?

Yes — completely.
Your information is confidential, and nothing on your bank statement or inbox will mention sobriety directly.
Your purchase will simply show as HS.

What if I relapse?

Healing isn’t linear, and relapse does not erase your progress.
Every tool inside Healing Sober is designed to support you at ANY stage.
You can revisit your guide, journal pages, or worksheets anytime you need to reset.
And you are always welcome to reach out — you’re not alone on this path.

Can I use the journal on my phone?

Yes!
You can open all digital products on your phone or tablet using:
• Apple Books
• Google Drive
• Adobe PDF Reader
• Any notes or PDF-friendly app

You can also print any pages you want for a physical copy.
